Because each order is custom-produced, approvals are considered final before manufacturing begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:

Clear photos showing the issue must be provided for review.

After evaluation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
